The press conference will take place Wednesday, November 4 at 10:00 AM at ASA's Booth #43059 in the Las Vegas Convention Center and is open to all SEMA Show badge holders. OMNI builds on ASA’s core shop management functionality and extends it with a modern point-of-sale, digital vehicle inspection, inventory and barcode scanning, two-way texting, and a reporting dashboard, all in one connected platform. Its digital vehicle inspection tool lets customers see the condition of their vehicle for themselves, so approvals come faster and with less back-and-forth. Barcode scanning speeds up inventory counts and parts lookup on the shop floor, giving service advisors a fast way to confirm stock without digging through a parts room. Two-way texting lets service writers reach customers on the channel they already use. OMNI also includes customer check-in, vehicle lookup by license plate, dispatch, and bulk data uploads, giving shop owners a single system to run point-of-sale, inventory, service, and customer communication without stitching together separate tools.
