All registrations are final. No credits or refunds shall be issued for no shows, cancellations, substitutions, or for any other reason, including without limitation, interruption, postponement, cancellation or relocation of the Shows due to any cause determined by Show Management to be beyond Show Management's control.
Failure to obtain a visa in advance of the Shows does not constitute a valid reason for a refund or credit.
