You can learn more about each car below. DUSTIN WILLIAMS’ SPOON HONDA S2000 TURBO Dustin’s 860,000 YouTube fans and social media followers will be very familiar with his 2001 S2000. Their story began in 2019 when Dustin built his first real track car, which rapidly spiraled into a more ambitious project, largely inspired by Japanese time attack cars from Spoon Sports. After fitting and dialing-in the first upgrades, Dustin decided to hunt down his favorite Spoon S-Tai widebody kit via Art of Attack. It included distinctive bumpers, hood, hardtop, rear fenders, elusive quad-tip exhaust, and even the wing from the original Spoon S2000 race car. To recognize his work, Spoon authenticated the car as an official Spoon S2000; even providing a specialized Spoon VIN plate and stamping it directly into the chassis. “It was an incredibly special moment and made a car I love even more meaningful,” Dustin recalled. He continued to race the Honda until 2021 when the engine failed on track. It subsequently sat quietly in his workshop for almost five years until he recently chose to revive it. Starting with a coat of Silverstone metallic paint by SOS Customz, it also received a newly built engine from Lozano Performance with a GReddy turbo kit to take it up a notch. “The turbo really complements the rest of the build, and after all these years it feels incredibly special to see the S2000 back together again,” Dustin said. The refreshed Spoon S2000 makes its public debut at SEMA 2026 in the Meguiar’s booth # 80030, and you can follow Dustin’s original S2000 build as well as the latest updates on his YouTube channel. The solution was to find a second 240Z and after test-fitting and rejecting three different body kits, he turned his attention to a rendering by Jon Sibal. The revered automotive artist had re-imagined a widebody 240Z that drew inspiration from the latest Nissan Z. Chan and Sibal agreed to bring the project to life, connecting with Hoover Chan at TurboHoses to bring the vision into production; a process that took two years. In that time, the 240Z was stripped in preparation but extensive rust was revealed. That derailed the plan to debut Project Z at SEMA 2023, so attention shifted to a second car belonging to John Lau, which debuted at SEMA 2024 with the widebody styling finished in deep blue paint. As a result, Pierre’s 240Z became recipient #2 of the Sibal-designed body kit, which was fitted by Supreme Auto Body. The car also received a carbon fiber hood and bumpers as well as updated lighting before it was painted in Ferrari F1 Rosso in tribute to the Datsun’s original Persimmon Red. For the wheels, Pierre chose classic Watanabes, which were re-barreled to an aggressive 16x10.5” front and 16x12.5” rear. Stretched Toyo tires complete the old-school Japanese aesthetic. But bringing it up to date was an AirREX air suspension system. Pierre also sourced a Nissan GT-R RB26DETT engine from Original Auto, which was fitted with twin Garrett GT2860R-5 turbos and Haltech Elite 2500 engine management system. It was paired to a ZF 8HP70 eight-speed transmission managed by a Turbolamik TMU controller configured for sequential shifting. Power is delivered through an R200 differential equipped with an OS Giken Super Lock limited-slip differential. The cabin retains the original 240Z design but updated with Napa leather, carbon fiber components from Carbon Signal, and a Bonzai Racing Equipment (BRE) steering wheel. Pierre’s Sibal-styled 240Z makes its public debut in the Meguiar’s booth # 80030. It was the recipient of the Sam Barris Memorial award and the Grand National Roadster Show Best Full Custom award in 2024 in recognition of the outstanding quality achieved by the builders. Among its standout features was the roof chop, which allowed Cambra to tilt the B-pillars and fit pivoting rear-quarter windows. The Merc hood was smoothed, handles shaved, trunk lid modified, custom drip rails added, headlights Frenched, and a custom grille built before the windshield frame was 3D-printed. The flowing lines were accentuated further by countless hours of bodywork and finally painted in PPG Lucille Gold. The body sits on a Roadster Shop REVO chassis with drop front spindles and a Ford 9” rear-end supported by AccuAir air-ride. Powered rack-and-pinion steering and Wilwood brakes under 18” custom EVOD wheels and BFGoodrich tires by Coker keep it on the straight ’n narrow. The Arctic Grey 992 will wear the first example of the new, Jon Sibal-designed dry carbon fiber Concourse aero package from Japan. The builder was keen to point out that their intention was not to alter the character of the extraordinary 911, but to elevate its presence through carefully selected components, exceptional craftsmanship, and their own interpretation of the design. The Concourse aero kit includes a front spoiler insert that adds a larger splitter, plus canards, front and rear fender skirts, side sills, rear intake inserts, diffuser, rear wing end plates, roof slats and more. The aim is to reduce aero drag, helping to improve overall performance. Further enhancements involve custom BBS Motorsport RT88 wheels built by AR Motorwerkz, and an iPE exhaust system.
